Summarize a topic. The topic redisplays without showing the summary text.
If the topic already had a summary, it redisplays without any summary.
The API response to edit-topic-summary has the new HTML in it (see below), it
simply isn't shown. Reloading the page fixes it, you see the latest summary
text in italics.
This doesn't seem to happen when you Close or Reopen the topic. I reproduced
on mediawiki.org and on beta wiki.
