The table of contents list renders poorly in Firefox on Android.

The list items should probably utilize the width of the page better.
The screenshots were taken in Firefox Aurora on CyanogenMod 11 on Nexus 7
(2012). However, I remember experiencing the same thing in the regular Android
that came pre-installed on the tablet.
