I was just checking [[Category:Vector version available/error]] and I noticed
that most of the errors there are caused by CommonsDelinker. It seems like the
bot just removes the names of deleted pages, turning {{vector version
available|file:file.svg}} into {{vector version available|}}. The empty file
here produces an error. If possible it would be preferable to detect this case
and replace the whole template with {{convert to svg}} instead.
