When I view a deleted revision, I get a php notice
Notice: Expansion of termbox failed: No such revision found for Q116: 1499

the users see something like $UNIQ0.225782830291#2$ instead of the termbox or
nothing.
looks a bit involved to have WikiPageEntityLookup handle deleted revisions.
Perhaps it's okay to not show it in this case.
