Screenshot of proc.open() failure.
As titled: proc.open() (forgive me, I haven't the slightest idea what this is)
is failing because host has it set to disabled -BUT- it didn't seem to be a
problem since v1.22.6. Was this call added in v1.23.0?
This seems to make MW unable to generate thumbnails, removing core
functionality for some users.
