Tab separation in IE8
Steps to reproduce :
1) Access following page through IE 8
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump
2) Click Edit tab
3) Check the tabs
Tab separation is not clear
Expected Outcome:
Tab separation shall be clear in Edit mode and comparable with other browsers.
