The links in TimedText are too dark if viewing in a pop up window
Example, [[commons:File:Sumana-Harihareswara-wikicon-2014-keynote.webm]] at
timestamp 3 seconds in (The text in the brackets. the first half of the text
has inline css overriding the link colour)
Expected behaviour:
*Light blue
Actual behaviour:
*Dark blue, which is hard to read on the dark background
