We're adding categories (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/137646/3) to the
search but we're not highlighting them because its a paint to set up under the
current dual highlighter regeme. Lets highlight the categories after we switch
to the "experimental" highlighter everywhere. Also, with Elasticsearch 1.3
(and a change to the experimental highlighter) we'll get conditional
highlighting - making the performance cost for highlighting the extra field 0
if we don't need it.
