I need to report recent comments by a couple of users in different communities
about how the edit summary dialog is just too big, slow and intrusive -
getting in the way of what you are doing. Not being able to edit it in the
changes review dialog (like you'd do in the wikitext mode instead) is reported
as being annoying as well.
