When a person is both an administrator and a translation administrator, they
are granted the right to delete a series of translated pages. The page to
undertake that task is [[Special:PageTranslationDeletePage]] and it would
ideally be listed on [[Special:SpecialPages]] for those with the dual rights.
I would suggest that it be listed in the ==Page tools== section which deals
with deletions, and some aspects of page translation. If a label other than
the existing label is required, then option could be "Mass translation delete".
