Parts of it rely in nasty ways on some bits of some old version of MediaWiki... in a word, I'll try to get this done, but I can't promise when or which tools. As to the redirect to CatScan: CatScan.php should now redirect to Magnus' catscan2 tool, which offers more or less the same functionality.
