The special pages [[d:Special:SetLabel]], [[d:Special:SetDescription]],
[[d:Special:SetAliases]] and [[d:Special:SetSiteLink]] show a license notice
starting with 'By clicking "save" you agree...'. However, the user will have to
click "Set label" or something like that so the message is a bit misleading.
To fix this, the license message needs a parameter which contains the text of
the actual button that has to be clicked.
