Getting a few of these every day, nearly all seem to be a regular query for
contribs=newbie on metawiki. This is very similar to bug 65961. Maybe the
proper fix for interwiki refs in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/136280/
will address this. The page does not show an exception, so low priority.
There's also a request for Flow to support this "newbie" contributions concept,
bug 58644.
