I got a note from a company that the ExtensionDistributor delivers a 0 byte
file for Lockdown extension 1.13
Tried it at home, same effect
http://upload.wikimedia.org/ext-dist/Lockdown-MW1.13-r31423.tar.gz
1.12, 1.14 and trunk works.
Other extensions tested for 1.13, works too. So no idea on my side why
especially Lockdown 1.13 fails :-(
