I was trying to link [[d:Q413495]] to [[pt:Truth]] (which is already linked to
[[d:Q16284147]]) and got this (with the brackets appearing literally, instead
of being converted to a link):
"Site link [//pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truth ptwiki:Truth] is already used by item
[[Q16284147|Q16284147]]."
