When introducing the possibility to redirect one item ID to another, we decided
to record the entity redirects in the wb_entity_per_page table like normal
entities. This means that any maintenance scripts that use wb_entity_per_page
to get a list of all entities (e.g. dumpJson) need to handle redirects
gracefully.
