I've started enwp10's webservice by "webservice start".  By error.log, it looks
as if the webservice was (involuntarily?) stopped at 2014-06-03 17:03:19Z.

"qacct -j 1248230" (the job of the last webservice) displays inter alia:

| [...]
| maxvmem      3.739G
| [...]

The memory limit of a webserver is 4 GBytes (by default ...), so there is a
high probability that the webserver went over that limit and was shut down.

If this happens often, we should look into where that memory is consumed and
how its demand can be reduced or if we need to make an exception for enwp10.
