Courcelles is the existing list maintainer for the mailing list
"meta-oversight" though indications are that they are generally offline, and
haven't responded to subscriptions requests in the past while.
Would it please be possible to parachute me into the list maintenance role. I
double-checked with DerHexer, one of the other four meta-OS, and he supported
this action.
