There are messages with HTML that currently appear as empty or lacking
characters when they are up for translations in translatewiki.net :
The ones that I see currently are:
* about_terms_of_use
* about_privacy_policy
* about_wmf
There's also "Wikipedia-android-strings-edit save action license", although
Yuvi says that it's being removed from the source.
And there may be more yet.
This is probably related to Bug 47310.
