an account that is locked is supposed to have its sessions terminated, so no
more unifying on more wikis is supposed to happen.
yet here this happened on mlwiki 13 minutes after the lock.
can anyone look into this, it looks like a bug in the CentralAuth MediaWiki
extension, thanks!
