If you save a page, then go offline, then selected that saved page from the
History list, all you get is a network errorr message, even though the page is
available locally. Selecting the same article from Saved pages list works as
expected.
If a page is saved already, the app should fall back the saved version, even if
it is selected from the History list rather than the Saved pages list.
