LST allows currently {{#lst:articleX|sectionY|}}, which transcludes from
articleX sectionY and everything after it.
There should be a counterpart for it - {{#lst:articleZ||sectionU}}, which
transcludes from articleZ sectionU and everything before it.
LST is used in ProofreadPage extension, and this enhancement allows to fix bug
23049.
