Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert a svg image with large size
(I found this issue with this image:
https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MO-123.svg, which has full size of 2,543
× 2,160 pixels.
I tried with svg images of upto 2000 x 2000 pixels, but could not reproduce for
them.)
3.Go to Media Settings tab of this image and go to Advanced Settings
4.Click on Make full size (it wont try to make it full size which is another
bug)
5.Now again click on Make full size
Observed Result:
It changes the size values to the full size of the images but it also says
"Size values are invalid"
