Screenshot of timezone offset error on timestamp
Immediately after making an edit to an article on the app, the timestamp at the
bottom of the reloaded page said, "last modified 7 hours ago..." because I am
UTC -7. (Attachment provided though probably unnecessary!)
Same as bug 63962 except for iOS instead of Android.
