It is a suggestion to attach Flow not only to different articles, but also to
- different wikis or
- groups of people,
to replace mailing lists.
Flow would have to have email interface for this (bug 66946 or an earlier bug
which it duplicates), and _ability to attach to those things_. This ability is
the subject of this bug report.
