When syncing the app's CSS with the servers every 24 hours, don't overwrite the
CSS on the app with a new CSS file if the new file is zero bytes. :-)
This problem cropped up and caused my CSS to be broken.
We should check this on Android too because it may have been causing some of
the CSS problems.
