Step to reproduce:
1. Go to URL with Vector skin, language Korean. (Modern skin shows translation
correctly, and I haven't test other language/skin.)
2. See place where "Read", "Edit", "View History" is.
Expected result:
They are translated into Korean.
What I see:
They're in English.
They're translated in Korean properly on production wikis...
