Right now the Android and iOS apps use OpenSearch for suggestions-as-the-users
type, which isn't the best because typing 'Beatles' will not match 'The
Beatles'. We don't want to do a full text search since that is too slow for
search-as-you-type suggestions.
What would be a good start is to have an API that searches within titles only
(highlight in the title great but optional if killing that gives us speed).
Having search suggestions be part of this would be awesome as well.
