Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a page containing an image in Safari.
2. Open an image in the media dialog box. The cursor begins in the Caption
field (of General settings).
3. Press tab (to get to the next field).
Results:
Nothing happens. The cursor is stuck in the Caption field.
