UploadWizard should accept redirected template when chosen as license/wikitext
Reproducing:
* https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard
* Proceed until Licensing. Select This file is not my own work. -> Another
reason not mentioned above -> The license is described by the following
wikitext (must contain a valid copyright tag)
* Enter {{CopyrightByWikimedia}}
Result:
"This does not seem to be valid wikitext, or does not contain a license."
Expected:
Very quickly accepted as only one recursion level to [[Category:License tags]]
