Bug ID: 67230
Summary: Hovercards: Piped links should also bold based on the
link text
Product: MediaWiki extensions

If a link is piped, the link text should be bolded in addition to the title.
Example: http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Template:Upcoming_events
The name "Camp Feral!" is used here in the link Camp Feral!, and
also within the article http://en.wikifur.com/wiki/Feral! - but in the extract,
only the "Feral!" part of "Camp Feral!" is bolded because that is the actual
title.
This looks rather odd, and given that the link also used that text, it would be
desirable to bold it.
(I guess there might be situations in which you would not want this to happen.
Perhaps it would only take effect if the link text was either a subset or a
superset of the title. - e.g. both Feral! and [[Feral!|Camp
Feral!]] would both cause the text "Camp Feral!" to be bolded, but
furry convention would not cause the text "furry convention" to be
bolded.)
