When updating Uncyclopedia today I noticed that the StopForumSpam extension
didn't have a REL1_23 branch.
Just tried setting up CirrusSearch, and noticed that the Elastica extension
doesn't have a REL1_23 branch either.
According to bug 64157 comment 3, Mark created "most" of these branches. Why
weren't *all* of them created?
