1) Go to
https://dev.translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:ContentTranslation&from=fi&to=en&page=rahasto&debug=true
(any CX instance should work)
2) Click add translation for a heading
3) Empty the heading carefully to avoid triggering bug 67288
Observed: Extra whitespace is added to both sides. This is repeatable
Expected: No extra whitespace
