1. Try to edit a value.
2. Change it to "novalue" but don't save.
3. Click "cancel".
Result: The "novalue" sticks.
Expected: Show the old value.
I found this bug when reviewing https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/142217 but
we think this is an unrelated issue. It may be related to bug 63622 and bug
63566.
