If one goes to [[Special:CentralAuth]] and enters "gurch" in the user name
field, the result is "There is no global account for gurch". Entering "Gurch"
works as expected.
Global user names are not first-letter case-sensitive, so the page should
normalize them as is done everywhere else, for example by the contributions and
logs pages.
