Converting a MWNumberedExternalLinkNode to MWExternalLinkAnnotation from the UI
(link inspector) loses annotations on the node, even though there is code in
place that aims handle this.
See the behavior of the 'convert' variable in
ve.ui.MWLinkNodeInspector.prototype.getTeardownProcess.
