Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with mobile VE
2.Do not place your cursor anywhere on CE but try to select a node
3.Scroll down the page
Observed Result:
The toolbar also gets repositioned down while scrolling down the page.
It might get resolved with

Still I am filing it as a separate issue.
