Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Insert>Media and select any image after searching
Observed Result:
When the Media settings dialog pop-up, observe that all the icons for the tabs
General Settings, Advanced Settings and the headings Caption,Alternative text,
Position,Image Type, Image Size etc are missing
