I was thinking about this from a different standpoint yesterday. 
Right now we're logging every time a user logs in with the AccountAudit
extension to help with SUL finalization. We can roughly figure out if a user is
active on a monthly basis since they have to login after 30 days, updating
their row in the database. If we extend login time to 1 year, we wouldn't have
that level of accuracy any more.

Probably merits fixing in the AccountAudit extension, but I just wanted to note
it here in case anyone else is collecting statistics on when users login.
