I'm not sure if this is intentional, or an oversight. The most visible thing
for IPs, is the centralnotice that informs them of the changes. However, unlike
what is presented to registered users here
[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:UsabilityInitiativePrefSwitch]], it
seems that IP users are not requested for feedback ?
If needed, I can instant fix this by changing
[[MediaWiki:Prefswitch-main-anon]]. But not sure if that is desirable.
