I'm not sure if this is changeable/fixable on our side.
A friend told me they got the attached message when attempting to donate via
Amazon Payments. It asks them to change their password.
They said they are not prompted to change their Amazon password when using
Amazon normally (e.g. logging into the Amazon "My Account" feature). It might
be worth checking with Amazon whether this inconsistency is intentional,
because it probably has an impact on completion rates.
