There are strangely styled tooltips appearing for userpage/usertalkpage/block
links. (first screenshot)
Flow should use the mediawiki default styling for tooltips. (second screenshot)
The custom tooltips also use inconsistent values: The Userpage links just give
"Username", but the Usertalkpage links give "User talk:Username".
Again, they should use the mediawiki default.
