* http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/prettify/r298/prettify.min.js
* http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/prettify/r298/prettify.min.css
cdnjs.cloudflare.com supports HTTPS, so I think we should change the protocol
to HTTPS, or remove them entirely because I don't see any visual difference
between loading them or not.
