Each site should be able to set standards for rendering ( see

and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Chemistry/Structure_drawing
), even when pulling from Commons, as the shared repo.
For the short term: We can simply adopt these "rules" for Commons unless we add
support for site-wide configuration and everywhere because de.wp and en.wp are
the only wikis with conventions written down and the conventions are very
similar, if not even equal. Either others will adopt or ... they draw
themselves.
