In mediawiki rev66497[1], Japanese namespace names have changed.
But in some custom namespace names of talk, it doesn't updated.
For example: [[Portal:数学]][2] (mathmatics) in Japanese Wikipedia, the
portal-talk namespace names is [[Portal‐ノート:数学]]. It should be
[[Portal・トーク:数学]]
