It has been requested by ZHWP users to have the ability to reject removal of
some templates such as {{delete}} by the original author of that page. An
article_first_contributor variable can be useful here.
Technically this is similar to article_recent_contributors and is actually a
little cheaper than that. I'm cloning article_recent_contributors' pattern for
this.
