If you go to the list of parser extension tags on the Hebrew Wikipedia, you'll
see one tag whose name appears in jumbled mojibake instead of Unicode. This is
probably the localized Hebrew version of <section> from
LabeledSectionTransclusion.
I cannot reproduce it on my local wiki.
