OK, this is new. Apparently names of the type 'Discussion:Portail:something'
are now handled as being invalid. Older versions of Mediawiki had no such rule,
IIRC.
namespaceDupes.php, the script that moves "Portail:something" from the main
namespace to "something" in the portail namespace, doesn't handle this case
yet.
We're currently investigating how to change the script in order to find and fix
these issues.
