The entry that needs to be deleted is in the project "services" and it will be
obvious which one it is. :)
When I go in to delete the proxy, I get the error "cannot delete proxy".
Presumably the addition of malformed DNS names needs to be restricted, and/or
malformed names need to be able to be deleted.
To replicate, try adding a DNS name that contains a protocol and ends in a
period i.e. "https://whydididothat."; (I'm not sure which of those characters
tanked it so I am including all).
