Pop up window of a template in VisualEditing
I think we would appreciate to be able to move pop up windows like template
editing. I attached image to explain what I mean. There is a pop up window just
in the middle of the screen. I am adding and image and I would like to add also
image description. I would appriciate to drag the window, move to the right and
see what is behind it to be able to compose image description properly.
